Naturally you are keen to discover and learn new things each day and you know how to structure your own work and that of others. You enjoy collaborating with colleagues and communicate complex ideas. Bust most importantly, you bring your authentic self: your strengths, perspective and personality. You need the following qualifications for the position of Manager Digital Regulations & Privacy:

  • A university degree, preferably in a legal, business, or technical field, such as — but not limited to — information management, data science, AI, information law, or information sciences.

  • 5 to 6 years of relevant work experience in privacy and digital regulation, such as the AI Act, NIS2, DMA and DSA;

  • Demonstrable experience in analysing and applying requirements from laws and regulations, and in applying or translating them into practical measures, processes, or implementation actions;

  • Experience leading projects or larger workstreams, including planning, scope, budget, quality, priorities and risk management;

  • Strong analytical and communication skills, a pragmatic and results-oriented mindset, and the ability to clearly translate complex issues into actions;

  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to engage effectively with legal, compliance, risk, business and technical stakeholders;

  • Commercial acumen and experience with, or demonstrable interest in, developing client relationships, proposals, propositions and new opportunities;

  • Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.

Certifications such as CIPP/e or CIPM are a plus but not required.

  • You advise clients on the applicability, compliance requirements and risks of digital laws and regulations, and implement executable measures at client organisations;

  • You lead projects and focus on planning, stakeholder management and quality assurance;

  • You guide clients on organisational, legal and technical questions related to digital regulation;

  • You build client relationships and help identify and develop commercial opportunities;

  • You guide and coach less experienced colleagues and contribute to knowledge-sharing within the team;

  • You monitor market developments and translate them into relevant, concrete client solutions and propositions.

Work on a wide range of high-quality projects, collaborating with ambitious colleagues and quickly immersing yourself in different industries. Our expertise in Digital Regulations gives you the opportunity to advise clients on complex topics.

As a Manager within the Digital Regulations & Privacy team, you will have a leading role in projects related to digital regulation, AI regulation and privacy. You will advise clients on, among other things, strategic and operational questions and translate policy frameworks into executable measures that you will also implement at different clients.

You will be responsible for managing project teams, safeguarding quality and progress, and maintaining strong client relationships. In addition, you will actively contribute to business development, knowledge development and coaching colleagues within the team.
