About the Role

The Bible Society of Nigeria is seeking a Manager, Digital Services to lead its digital transformation strategy, strengthen its online presence, improve e-commerce and digital fundraising, and expand access to Scripture through digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital strategies, budgets, project plans, and performance indicators.
• Coordinate digital marketing, content distribution, and audience growth across online platforms.
• Oversee website improvements, e-commerce operations, online sales, and payment integration.
• Coordinate digital fundraising campaigns and CRM implementation.
• Assess and develop low-connectivity Scripture access solutions, including USSD, SMS, and mobile applications.
• Monitor digital performance through analytics, KPI dashboards, and regular reports.
• Coordinate with IT on digital security, data protection, and platform integration.
• Supervise digital personnel and collaborate with internal departments and external partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory, managerial, or project leadership role.
• At least one relevant professional certification in digital marketing, project management, analytics, CRM, or a related field.
• Experience managing digital projects, budgets, cross-functional teams, and performance targets.
• Working knowledge of digital marketing, e-commerce, CRM, analytics, online payments, and digital fundraising.
• Knowledge of mobile-first solutions such as USSD, SMS, and Progressive Web Applications is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and project management skills.
• Mature Christian faith, commitment to the Bible cause, and evidence of Christian leadership qualities.
• Postgraduate qualifications and additional professional certifications are added advantages.
