<p class="MsoNormal"><br /> Designation:<br /> Manager - Digital Tech member</p><p></p> <p class="MsoNormal">Role type: Individual Contributor</p><p></p> <p class="MsoNormal">Department: Digital<br /> Reporting to: AVP- Digital Tech Lead</p><p></p> <p class="MsoNormal">Location: Mumbai HO<br /> Your Role (summary): Team Member Digital Technology</p><p></p> <p class="MsoNormal">Digital Asset Management & Product Execution<br /> • Lead the development, management, and continuous enhancement of digital assets including<br /> Websites, Mobile Apps, APIs, and platforms.</p><p></p> <p class="MsoNormal">• Drive end-to-end product execution from concept to deployment and ongoing optimization.</p><p></p> <p class="MsoNormal">• Build and refine customer-centric user journeys to deliver best-in-class digital experiences.</p><p></p> <p class="MsoNormal">• Leverage analytics, customer insights to continuously improve product features, user journeys, and conversion metrics</p><p></p> <p class="MsoNormal">• Work closely with Stakeholders to prioritize features, manage backlogs, and ensure smooth product releases.</p><p></p> <p class="MsoNormal"></p><p> </p> <p class="MsoNormal">Technology Stack & Integrations<br /> • Own the digital technology stack across web, mobile, APIs, middleware, and backend systems.</p><p></p> <p class="MsoNormal">• Manage and govern integrations with internal and external systems (KRAs, KYC agencies, Payment Gateways, CRM/LMS, API providers, etc).</p><p></p> <p class="MsoNormal">• Ensure Cost Optimized scalable, secure, and high-performance architecture.
