Manager - Digital Transformation

Responsibilities

• Lead data governance, data ownership, master-data definitions, quality controls and reusable data standards.

• Define target data architecture and practical solution architecture for approved transformation initiatives.

• Lead or assure SAP integration, database design, interfaces, APIs and application-layer solutions without destabilizing the ERP core.

• Translate current and target business processes into system requirements, data models, controls and technical designs.

• Act as technical design authority for CRM, MPS, analytics, workflow automation and selected AI initiatives.

• Establish technical standards covering documentation, coding quality, testing, deployment, access, integration and support handover.

• Coach internal team members and coordinate Corporate IT, the Singapore AI Team, business owners, vendors and specialist developers.

• Provide independent technical and project-status assurance, identify architecture risks and recommend corrective actions.

• Support portfolio governance with scope, dependency, resource, cost and technical-readiness assessments.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering or a related discipline.

• 8-12 years of relevant experience in enterprise systems, digital transformation, data architecture, solution delivery or system analysis.

• Strong database architecture, data modelling and SQL capability.

• Demonstrated ERP implementation, integration and system-analysis experience; SAP exposure is strongly preferred.

• Working knowledge of Python or Java and practical literacy in AI-enabled applications and modern integration approaches.

• Experience leading cross-functional technical delivery, vendors or small delivery teams.

• Strong written and spoken English; Chinese capability is advantageous for Hong Kong or China-based delivery.Familiarity with analytics, workflow automation, AI solutions, and project governance is highly preferred
