Sales Manager(BPO)
Experience Required:
5 – 7 years of exp in managing sales team as a managerial role in BPO sales/revenue management (hardcore sales environment).
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly driven and results-oriented Sales & Revenue Manager to lead our BPO sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving monthly revenue targets, driving sales performance, and leveraging data analytics to optimize strategies and maximize conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to consistently achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets
• Develop and implement aggressive sales strategies to drive business growth
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance metrics
• Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and campaign performance to identify trends and opportunities
• Optimize conversion funnels and improve ROI using data-driven insights
• Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching, and training for team members
• Collaborate with operations, marketing, and client stakeholders to align revenue goals
• Ensure adherence to process, compliance, and quality standards in all sales activities
• Prepare and present MIS reports, forecasts, and revenue projections to senior leadership
• Handle escalations and provide strategic solutions to improve team performance
Key Requirements:
• Proven experience in hardcore sales within a BPO/Call Center environment
• Strong track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets
• Hands-on experience in team management
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, reporting, and forecasting
• Proficiency in tools like Excel, CRM systems, and sales dashboards
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a high-pressure, target-driven environment
