Manager

• Responsible for ensuring smooth daily operation of the school
• Provide excellent customer service to walk-in and call-in customers
• Develop good rapport with customers and build brand loyalty
• Ability to address customers concern/queries and follow up promptly
• Able to work with other departments to understand operations of the company and ensure seamless customer experience
• Sales of books/music instruments and inventory management
• To drive enrolment, retention and conversion numbers in assigned branch
• Statistical compilations - payment backlog, sales and fees revenue, student intake/drop out, etc

Requirements

• Possess at least a Music Degree in Music
• Proficiency in violin or piano
• Proficiency in MS Office including MS Excel
• Team player, able to work with minimal supervision
• Possesses good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work at “retail hours” including both weekends
