Position reports to	AGM - Projects

Minimum Qualification (i.e education, training etc.)	Graduate in Electrical Engineering (B.E / B. Tech)/ Diploma in / Electrical/
Minimum Experience	9 + years of experience in civil works in retail/real estate industry with atleast 4 years of experience in the area of on-site experience
Special Skills/Attributes (required for performing the job effectively)	Sound Knowledge of installation, maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire-fighting equipment’s and systems related to electrical Knowledge of establishing and running IBMS
