💰 Salary: $5,000 – $7,000/month

What You'll Be Doing:
• Lead the hospital's emergency preparedness programme and coordinate emergency planning initiatives
• Oversee the implementation of emergency response plans, SOPs, and operational readiness activities
• Coordinate emergency preparedness efforts across departments and ensure compliance with organisational and regulatory requirements
• Support senior management in emergency planning strategies and business continuity initiatives
• Lead and mentor the Emergency Planning team, managing performance, workload, and staff development
• Coordinate emergency activations, crisis response, and Operations Centre activities during incidents
• Ensure accurate incident documentation, reporting, and post-incident reviews
• Manage emergency equipment readiness, procurement, inventory, and budget planning
• Coordinate emergency planning projects with internal stakeholders and support major infrastructure and operational initiatives
• Provide secretariat support for emergency planning committees and participate in organisation-wide resilience projects
