Manager - Employee Engagement

Role:

We are looking for a Global Manager - Employee Engagement to design and scale programs that strengthen employee connection, recognition, career growth, culture, and leadership engagement.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and execute comprehensive employee engagement programs that span the entire employee lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from onboarding to offboarding.

- Lead the end-to-end management of employee engagement surveys, utilizing advanced people analytics to identify sentiment trends and provide actionable insights to leadership.

- Develop and implement structured employee recognition and wellbeing initiatives that align with our core values and drive sustained motivation across diverse teams.

- Manage complex program lifecycles by setting clear KPIs, tracking progress, and iterating on strategies to ensure organizational development goals are met.
