Manager, Engineering - Data Integrity & Security Analytics
Summary
Lead a security engineering team to build and improve data integrity, security analytics, encryption, and certificate lifecycle services while driving automation and compliance for a fintech company.
You will lead and develop security engineering staff, own Data Integrity and Security Analytics capabilities, oversee encryption and certificate lifecycle services, improve security metrics and dashboards, drive automation, support audits and compliance, and provide technical direction across engineering and security teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor and develop a team of security engineers
- Own delivery and continuous improvement of Data Integrity and Security Analytics capabilities
- Oversee security analytics, data integrity, encryption and certificate lifecycle services
- Define metrics, dashboards and reporting for control health, operational performance, data quality and security risk
- Drive automation and engineering best practices
- Identify AI-enabled improvements for analytics, reporting and productivity
- Partner with Security, Infrastructure, Platform and Engineering teams
- Establish documentation, operating procedures and support models
- Support audit, compliance and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Information Systems or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Experience leading and developing engineering teams in a complex enterprise environment
- Background in Security Engineering, Infrastructure Security, Platform Engineering or a related discipline
- Understanding of data integrity, security analytics, encryption, certificate lifecycle management, secure data handling and access control
- Experience building or operating analytics platforms, dashboards, reporting capabilities or security metrics
- Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience collaborating across engineering and security teams
- Ability to balance people leadership with technical ownership and operational delivery
- Comfort using AI-assisted tools
- CISSP, CISM or equivalent certification is a plus
