- Owning performance management, professional development, and team health across both full-time and contract resources
- Engaging actively in hiring and talent development as the team evolves.
Solution Delivery
- Owning delivery outcomes across data integration, configuration, and reporting solutions, increasingly leveraging AI and agentic capabilities to improve quality and accelerate delivery.
- Partnering with product owners to define priorities, track delivery against commitments, and maintain a clear line of sight from team output to business value.

- Championing agile delivery practices within the team while staying aligned to broader engineering community standards and best practices.
- Leading platform and solution modernization efforts — retiring legacy approaches, reducing complexity, and evolving the team's tooling and practices over time.
- Driving adoption of AI-assisted and agentic engineering tools and workflows to improve solution quality, accelerate delivery, and reduce manual effort.
- Engaging with the broader LMI engineering community to share practices and drive consistency across teams.
