Manager - Engineering & Projects
NewBe an early applicant• Ensuring the maintenance, repair, and reliability of all buildings, platforms, fuel systems, and related infrastructure to support safe and uninterrupted operations.
• Managing the design, fabrication, installation, and commissioning of new platforms, fuel systems, and infrastructure projects at resorts and remote locations.
• Coordinating closely with vehicle, electrical, and operational teams to ensure project success and operational readiness.
• Promoting and enforcing a strong safety culture by ensuring compliance with company safety standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Planning and managing the procurement of tools, equipment, materials, and services required for maintenance and project activities.
• Working closely with the Stores and Procurement teams to ensure adequate stock levels and prevent operational disruptions.
• Responding to customer concerns and operational issues promptly and professionally.
Requirements
• A bachelor’s degree in engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical), Facilities Management, Project Management, Architect or a related discipline.
• Postgraduate qualifications, preferably an MBA or equivalent from a recognized university.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities, infrastructure, or maintenance management, including responsibility for projects across multiple locations.
• Strong project planning, execution, and resource management skills.
• Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate teams in a collaborative working environment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in remote operational environments.
