Bombardier Manager, Engineering - Research & Technology Program Office

Manage a team of professionals in R&T program management.
Provide leadership, coaching, mentoring and training, to enable employees to reach their goals.
Delegate and organize resources to meet the company’s objective in R&T
Lead manpower planning activities and budget preparation.
Support senior management and technical leaders to align on research strategies, priorities and decisions.
Manage communication and visibility reports for the various levels of the organization on risk mitigation, execution, resource allocation and budget
Communicate effectively and favor efficient open communication.
Coordinate the efforts of Bombardier's support functions - Legal Services, Supply Chain, Human Resources, Communications – to carry out your team’s mandates.
Support the continuous improvement of your team’s mandates

You have a bachelor’s degree in engineering.
You have more than 15 years of relevant experience in aeronautics engineering, including 3 as a team leader.
You have strong knowledge of R&T management practices.
You have strong experience working with multidisciplinary and technically complex projects in the aeronautics industry, and strong knowledge of early aircraft development phases
You can manage multiple concurrent projects and activities
You strive for harmonious cohesive teamwork and support knowledge sharing at all levels.
You are autonomous, result-driven, and enthusiastic with strong work ethics.
You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
You have strong communication skills and can easily tailor your communication to suit the audience.
You are able to represent Bombardier with industry, academia, and partner organizations.
You are fluent in French and English
