We are currently seeking a Manager to lead our Salesforce Developers on the Enterprise CRM team. Utilize programmatic and declarative skills to extend and customize Salesforce. Hands-on technical developer, with a focus on delivering functional solutions to meet business needs. They will work with the business to understand needs and to architect, develop and test solutions, as well as help define best practices and opportunities to drive better results.WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Manage the Developer resources within the Salesforce eCRM team. Provide estimates on delivery effort and timelines. Lead and mentor Salesforce Administrators, Developers and Business Support Analysts. Identify and lead internal initiatives.
- Manage architecture and optimize the Salesforce platforms. Extensive experience with configuration and customization on the Salesforce platform. Authority level experience defining the system architecture landscape.
- Design, develop, demonstrate and maintain the Salesforce platform using declarative and programmatic tools. Develop solutions with proper security and access rights. Follow established Salesforce standards and best practices for developments and deployments.
- Oversight of developments and deployments. Manage and organize the repository for Salesforce platform code base.
- Strategic advisor and Salesforce product and platform expert. Experience leading discovery sessions, defining business requirements, writing user stories and providing detailed system and functional designs. Work collaboratively and effectively communicate.
- Act as the subject matter expert for the Salesforce platforms including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Service Cloud. Review, understand, and test Salesforce releases and new products. Identify potential opportunities to enable users.
- Co-ordinate projects with IT and business partners to meet deadlines and ensure successful implementation.
- Act as the subject matter expert for the Salesforce platforms including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Service Cloud.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- Strong leadership skills. Able to motivate, develop and manage a team.
- In-depth knowledge of and experience working with Salesforce:
- Apex, LWC, SLDS, SOQL, Flows
- REST/SOAP callouts, Platform Events, error handling.
- Apex triggers and workflows
- Build custom objects and fields
- Salesforce Lightning Design System, and Components
- Javascript, CSS, HTML, SOQL, APIs
- Sharing and security
- Automation with flow, OmniStudio, and approval processes.
- Experience with enterprise integration architecture and APIs.
This role follows our in office work model and requires employees to be onsite four days per week to support collaboration and business needs.
This opportunity is for an existing vacancy with the company. The anticipated base salary range for this position is $69,500 to $119,500. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a bonus program. In addition, The Company offers a variety of benefits to eligible employees, including health insurance coverage, wellness programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education-related programs, paid holidays and vacation time, and many others.
