What is Manager Enterprise Risk?
JazzWorld's Enterprise Risk Management function helps leadership see around corners — spotting strategic, financial, operational, regulatory, and compliance risks before they become crises. As Manager Enterprise Risk, you will own the analytical engine behind this: building and maintaining the enterprise risk register, developing risk heat maps, and turning uncertainty into clear, decision-ready insight for senior management and the Business Risk Committee. The role operates within JazzWorld group risk appetite framework and draws on global best practice including ISO 31000 and COSO ERM, to keep Jazz's approach to risk current and credible.
What does the Manager Enterprise Risk do?
- Risk identification & assessment — Build and maintain the enterprise risk register in line with group methodology, assessing the operational and financial impact of key risks with business stakeholders.
- Strategic & financial risk analysis — Partner with Planning to evaluate how risks affect the business plan, budget, KPIs, and financial statements, tracking mitigating actions throughout the year.
- Reporting & risk intelligence — Develop risk heat maps and periodic Enterprise Risk Management reports summarizing key threats and mitigations for senior leadership and internal forums.
- Strategic project risk oversight — Monitor major company initiatives, flag emerging risks and watch-outs, and follow up continuously on their strategic impact.
- Regulatory, legal & compliance risk — Work with Regulatory, Legal, and Compliance teams to surface risks from the regulatory environment, global sanctions exposure, and the compliance framework, tracking agreed action plans to closure.
- Governance support — Support the Business Risk Committee — preparing materials, issuing minutes, tracking action items, and maintaining governance records.
- Risk culture — Champion a proactive, transparent risk-awareness culture across the organization.
JazzWorld is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate, support, and thrive on diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
