We are looking for an experienced End User Computing (EUC) Manager to take end-to-end ownership of enterprise workplace technology and employee computing services within a large, complex organisation.
This role goes beyond day-to-day technical support. You will be responsible for EUC service performance, endpoint governance, device lifecycle, security & compliance, vendor management and workplace transformation, while driving a secure and seamless employee digital experience.
Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end EUC service lifecycle across laptops, desktops, mobile devices and BYOD.
Govern enterprise endpoint management, device administration, patching, software deployment and policy enforcement.
Drive endpoint security and compliance across encryption, endpoint protection and device controls.
Manage device lifecycle, including provisioning, refresh, repair, recovery, asset management and secure disposal.
Oversee outsourced EUC support providers and drive SLAs, KPIs, vendor performance and service improvements.
Partner closely with Infrastructure, Cybersecurity and ITSM teams on incidents, problems and service delivery.
Lead EUC modernisation initiatives including zero-touch provisioning, automation, self-service, remote support and experience analytics.
Manage EUC operating plans, vendor costs and continuous optimisation.
What We're Looking For
7–10+ years of experience across EUC, Digital Workplace, Endpoint Management, Workplace Technology or IT Service Management.
Strong enterprise experience across Windows and mobile endpoint environments; macOS exposure is advantageous.
Good knowledge of endpoint management platforms, device lifecycle, ITSM, asset management and endpoint security.
Experience working within an outsourced / multi-vendor environment and managing providers against SLAs.
Track record in workplace modernisation, automation or zero-touch provisioning initiatives.
Strong stakeholder and vendor management capabilities with the ability to translate technical issues into business impact.
Prior people and/or vendor leadership experience.
