Manager (Event Partnerships) - Public Agency
We are looking for a meticulous individual experienced in recruiting and retain merchants to further the reach of our community campaigns.
- Basic up to $4,500 per month + Completion bonus (1-month)
- Mon - Fri, office hours

- 1-year contract
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end operations and relationships for over 200 merchants and partners under the Merchants/Partners Scheme, including account servicing, governance, issue resolution, and operational support.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of operational matters and deliver consistent merchant and partner account management.
- Support merchant recruitment, assessment, onboarding, and retention initiatives, maintaining a healthy partner network with an annual refresh of ~15% of the merchant base.
- Monitor merchant pipelines, track leads and negotiations, ensure compliance with contractual obligations, and maintain governance and performance reporting.
- Coordinate and provide time-sensitive operational support for more than 8 annual campaigns and engagement initiatives, managing over 120 merchant promotions to ensure successful execution.
Requirements:
- Possesses minimum a Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of experience in merchant/partner management and account servicing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines.
