Manager (Events & Partnerships) - Public Agency
We are looking for a proactive and organised candidate with experience in event operations, ticketing, sponsorship coordination, and stakeholder engagement to support the successful delivery of large-scale events.

- Up to $5,000 per month
What to expect:
Sponsorship & Partnership Management
- Support the sourcing, coordination, and management of sponsorships and partnerships.
- Maintain sponsor and partner databases and assist in relationship management activities.
- Coordinate sponsor appreciation events and engagement initiatives to strengthen long-term partnerships.
Ticketing Operations
- Manage the event ticketing process, including administration of the ticketing system.
- Liaise with community groups and partner organisations on ticket allocations and requirements.
- Coordinate seating arrangements for VIPs, invited guests, and stakeholders to ensure a seamless event experience.
Guest & Stakeholder Management
- Prepare guest lists, manage invitations, track RSVPs, and respond to enquiries promptly.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams, sponsors, partners, and external stakeholders to support event preparations and guest arrangements.
Event Operations & Administration
- Provide administrative and logistical support before, during, and after the event.
- Assist in coordinating meetings, preparing reports, maintaining records, and supporting day-to-day project activities.
- Support ad hoc tasks and operational requirements to ensure the successful delivery of the event.
Who we are looking for:
- Singaporeans only.
- Possesses minimum a Bachelor's Degree with 1 year of experience in Event and Production Management.
- 1–2 years of experience in event management, sponsorship, stakeholder engagement, or administration (fresh graduates with relevant event experience are welcome).
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in managing ticketing, guest lists, and event logistics.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to engage sponsors, partners, and VIP stakeholders.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under tight timelines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and willing to work flexible hours during major event periods.
