• Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions in accordance with IFRS
  and Group policies
• Oversee General Ledger management and balance sheet reconciliations
• Lead month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing activities
• Coordinate statutory, internal and group audits
• Provide audit schedules and ensure timely closure of observations
• Implement audit recommendations and strengthen controls
• Review and file UAE VAT returns
• Ensure compliance with FTA regulations.
• Manage VAT audits and tax queries
• Ensure compliance with UAE Corporate Tax regulations and Federal Tax Authority
  (FTA) requirements.
• Review and coordinate preparation of Corporate Tax computations, tax provisions, and
  supporting schedules
• Support Corporate Tax audits, inquiries, and assessments by regulatory authorities
• Monitor internal controls and delegated authority compliance
• Coordinate with operations, procurement, HR and corporate finance

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting.
• 5-7 years of experience
