Manager- Finance Automation

Key Responsibilities Finance Process Automation

• Identify, evaluate, and automate repetitive and manual finance processes across:
  • Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • General Ledger (GL)
  • Fixed Assets
  • Treasury
  • Financial Reporting
  • Taxation and Compliance
• Design and implement automation solutions using RPA, workflow tools, and ERP capabilities.
• Establish end-to-end automated workflows to improve process efficiency and reduce turnaround time.

Digital Transformation & Innovation

• Develop the finance automation roadmap aligned with organizational objectives.
• Drive adoption of emerging technologies such as:
  • Artificial Intelligence (AI)
  • Machine Learning (ML)
  • Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
  • Intelligent Document Processing (IDP)
  • Business Intelligence (BI) tools
• Evaluate and recommend suitable automation platforms and technologies.

ERP & Systems Management

• Work closely with finance, IT, and business stakeholders to optimize ERP functionalities.
• Lead automation initiatives within ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.
• Support system upgrades, process enhancements, and integration projects.

Data Analytics & Reporting

• Develop automated MIS reports and management dashboards.
• Build real-time reporting solutions using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Enhance data accuracy, reconciliation processes, and reporting capabilities.

Process Improvement & Governance

• Conduct process mapping and identify opportunities for standardization.
• Establish controls and governance mechanisms for automated processes.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal policies, and audit requirements.
• Monitor automation performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
