Manager, Finance (财务经理)
Description
Role & Responsibilities:
- Report and analyze key performance indicators to identify underlying business opportunities & risks and provide input for operational and strategic decisions.
- Lead periodic financial reviews and forecast with key business performance indicators.
- Conduct review and analysis for retail store performance and profitability, provide insightful performance analysis vs. plan, forecast and historical data and drive for actions.
- Support store investment justification and portfolio review
- Support the annual budgeting and strategic planning process by completing financial projections, templates, and risk & opportunity analysis for the local and global finance teams
- Contribute to key GTM milestones including long-range plan, seasonal OTB and margin management.
- Pursue excellence thru process streamline, working simplification and automation

Experience
Minimum Relevant Experience: Minimum 5 years’ experience in FP&A
Nature of Work: Retail Background preferred.
Academic Qualifications
Minimum Degree Held: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field, MBA preferred.
Language Proficiency:
- Fluent in English, Chinese or any Asian Languages
