Manager, Finance
You will lead payroll finance operations and support strategic workforce-related financial management. This role offers the opportunity to partner stakeholders across the Institution, driving manpower cost reporting, budgeting, financial analysis, and payroll-related system transformation initiatives. You will play a key role in strengthening payroll governance, enhancing operational efficiency, and supporting informed decision-making through insightful financial analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the Finance-Payroll team in payroll accounting, accruals, reporting, and analysis.
- Oversee month-end payroll accruals, manpower cost accounting, and budget preparation.
- Manage manpower costing, workforce analytics, and financial reporting for management decision-making.
- Ensure accurate accounting and timely processing of doctors' payments, clinical allowances, locum, and visiting consultant claims.
- Partner stakeholders on grant funding, manpower costing, and productivity analysis.
- Support internal and external audits, compliance, and governance requirements.
- Drive process improvements, automation, and payroll-related system enhancements.
- KKH's Finance Project Lead for payroll and manpower-related systems, including SuccessFactors, Timesheet, Clinical Workload, and other digital transformation initiatives.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Accountancy or a related discipline.
- At least 6 years of relevant experience in payroll finance, financial reporting, budgeting, management accounting, or manpower cost management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience leading teams and managing cross-functional projects.
- Knowledge of payroll accounting, manpower costing, and finance-related systems will be advantageous.
- Prior experience in the healthcare sector and involvement in system implementation or transformation projects will be anadded advantage.
