Manager, Finance (Network Optimization)

The Finance Manager of Network Optimization provides financial leadership for supply chain network strategy, customer manufacturing initiatives, and business-unit support for enterprise process & technical transformations. This role leverages variable cost insights, network modeling, and cross-functional partnership to support cost reduction, risk mitigation, system modernization, and productivity improvements.

Accountabilities:

• Lead variable cost driven supply chain optimization translating complex network and cost insights into actionable recommendations that reduce total supply chain costs
• Provide financial modeling and decision support for high-impact strategic initiatives, partnering with leadership on cost reduction & risk mitigation agendas
• Facilitate and influence the development of strategic customer manufacturing partnerships including: pricing & bid strategies, margin assessments, and contract development

Key Metrics & Financial Targets:

Support onboarding, maturation, and development of Customer Manufacturing business unit

Supply Chain optimization and Cost Savings initiatives

Provide financial insights to functional stakeholders and US Finance teams

Own:

• Long-term network modeling assumptions/inputs on Direct Costs

Influence:

Pricing and bid strategies for Customer Manufacturing

Supply chain sourcing

Critical Relationships:

• Contract Manufacturing, Supply Chain Leadership, Supply Planning, Logistics, and Demand Forecasting
• In-year Supply Sourcing, Supply Planning Team, Supply Chain Finance, Contract Manufacturing

Skills Needed To Be Successful:

• Finance/Accounting background with at least 4 years experience and robust understanding of Variable Cost frameworks
• Agile focus with willingness to engage on wide breadth of Business requirements & challenge status quo
• Ability to work cross-functionally, providing meaningful insights to a diverse audience of peers & team stakeholders

Compensation:

Compensation offered to prospective Team Members has taken internal equity into consideration and can vary depending on a positions’ location. The final agreed upon wage may vary based on the job-related knowledge, skills, and experience of the individual.

• Competitive annual salary $119,000 - $149,000 in Chicago, IL
