Your work profile

In our Assurance (A&A) Team you will work as a Finance & Risk Control specialist within the client ecosystem with the intention of exceeding client expectations:

• Own project strategy and end-to-end delivery across contract management, partner payments, Procure-to-Pay (PTP), and related finance operations; manage milestones, risks, dependencies, and outcomes.
• Identify and drive AI, automation, and process transformation opportunities; quickly learn and apply approved AI tools in collaboration with business teams.
• Prepare polished executive presentations, business reviews, dashboards, and visual narratives that simplify complex operational and financial problems.
• Lead executive reviews, team meetings, and cross-functional governance forums; own agendas, decisions, action items, and stakeholder follow-through.
• Analyze workflows and performance data to improve process efficiency, accuracy, controls, and operational visibility.

Desired qualifications, competencies & work experience

• B.COM/B.SC/ MBA
• 8–10 years of experience, including mandatory hands-on Finance & Accounting Operations experience and proven project management / execution ownership.
• Strong understanding of PTP, contract management, payment operations, or adjacent accounting processes.
• Strong working knowledge and usage of AI tools, with demonstrated ability to identify practical use cases and drive adoption (coding AI solutions is not required).
• Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace, especially Google Slides and Sheets; excellent executive storytelling, visualization, and communication skills.
• Basic SQL understanding and ability to interpret financial or operational data; strong analytical, stakeholder management, and structured problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degrees in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in contract lifecycle management, PTP or partner payment operations; finance transformation or shared services / GBS; Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Studio; and project management certifications (PMP, Agile, or Lean Six Sigma).
