Manager - Finance (Shared Services)
Management Financials & Performance Reporting:
- Lead the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close process within the R2R framework, ensuring strict adherence to global timelines.
- Review and finalize monthly management accounts (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) prior to leadership distribution.
- Conduct deep-dive variance analysis (Actuals vs. Budget/Forecast) and provide actionable financial insights to executive management.
- Ensure management reporting accurately reflects business operations and aligns with corporate financial strategies.
- Ensure and Govern balance sheet across all legal entities and ensure continues risk assessment.
- Manage internal and external audits
- Define and track KPIs and SLAs for Shared Services performance.
- Strengthen internal controls, compliance, and governance across Shared Services.
Finance Transformation & Strategy
- Lead end-to-end finance transformation initiatives across Record-to-Report (R2R) & VAT
- Support the design and execution of the Shared Services transformation roadmap.
- Identify opportunities for process standardization, simplification, and automation.
- Partner with Finance leadership to align transformation initiatives with business strategy.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
- Drive adoption of automation solutions including RPA, AI, and analytics.
- Partner with IT and vendors to deliver scalable and sustainable solutions.
Change Management & Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as a key liaison between Shared Services, Corporate Finance, and business stakeholders.
- Lead change management activities including communication, training, and adoption tracking.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure successful transition to new ways of working.
- Candidate should be either MBA/CA, should have done Lean Six sigma – Minimum Green Belt
- 8 years of experience +
- Shared service exposure
- Minimum one shared service transition should have managed by candidate
- Should have done process transformation
