Manager Finance

• Financial Reporting & Analysis
  
• Prepare comprehensive monthly and annual Management Information System (MIS) reports
  
• Develop executive-level financial dashboards for CFOs and business leaders
  
• Create detailed variance analysis comparing budgets, forecasts, and actual performance
  
• Generate monthly Profit & Loss statements with in-depth business unit analysis
  
• Provide actionable insights to optimize performance and achieve strategic goals
  
• E-Commerce Financial Operations
  
• Manage complex sales returns, credit memos, and invoice processing workflows
  
• Oversee order cancellation matrices and revenue recognition policies
  
• Execute daily bank reconciliations and cash flow management
  
• Handle multi-channel payment processing reconciliations (credit cards, digital wallets, BNPL)
  
• Ensure compliance with e-commerce accounting standards and marketplace requirements
  
• Strategic Planning & Forecasting
  
• Lead monthly and quarterly forecasting processes
  
• Develop KPI frameworks aligned with e-commerce metrics (CAC, LTV, conversion rates)
  
• Support annual budgeting and strategic planning initiatives
  
• Conduct scenario modeling for business expansion and market penetration
  
• Process Improvement & Audit
  
• Lead internal process audits and identify operational efficiencies
  
• Implement automation solutions for repetitive financial tasks
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial workflows
  
  

Requirements

• Alternative acceptable: CA (Chartered Accountant), ACCA, or MBA with Finance concentration
  
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  
• Experience Requirements
  
• Minimum 5-7 years of progressive finance experience
  
• 3+ years in Finance Manager or similar role
  
• 2+ years in e-commerce, retail, or digital marketplace environment
  
• Proven track record in high-growth, fast-paced organizations
