Manager - Finance (Taxation)

Key Responsibilities:

 Preparation and filing of Income Tax returns, TDS returns, and other statutory returns.

 Ensure compliance with provisions of the Income Tax Act, GST laws, and other applicable

regulations.

 Monthly review of TDS deductions, GST reconciliation's, and tax payments.

 Handling notices, assessments, scrutiny proceedings, and correspondence

with tax authorities.

 Preparation of tax workings, advance tax computations, and tax provisioning.

 Coordination with tax consultants and auditors for timely closure of assessments and audits.

 Monitoring tax updates and assessing their impact on the business.

 Support management reporting and MIS preparation.

 Preparation of detailed cost sheet.

 Reconciliation of vendors

Skills Required

 Strong knowledge of Income Tax, TDS, GST, and corporate taxation.

 Good understanding of accounting standards and financial reporting.

 Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.

 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

 Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

 Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.

Preferred Attributes

 Detail-oriented with a compliance-focused approach.

 Ability to handle assessments and tax litigations independently.

Qualified CA

2+ years of relevant experience in direct and indirect taxation, financial reporting, and

compliance.

Exposure to ERP systems such as Zoho, Tally, or similar platforms will be preferred.
