Job description
|
- Monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing under IGAAP
|
|
|
- Preparation of monthly MIS under IGAAP and reconciliation with UGAAP
|
|
|
- Coordination with plant finance controllers
|
|
|
- Coordinate monthly uploads of various recon accounts in the internal systems
|
|
|
- Review, IFC requirements and its certification
|
|
|
- Attending to quarterly, half yearly and annual limited reviews / audit, half yearly closing and annual audit
|
|
|
- Quarterly Audit Committee and Board presentation
|
|
|
- Preparation of signed annual and SEBI financials
|
|
|
- Complete coordination with the auditors
|
|
|
- Coordination with the internal auditors
|
|
|
- Managing the treasury function, managing daily cash flow and investments in FDs
|
|
|
- Monitoring and closing the EDPMS issues
|
|
|
- Preparation of AOP for corporate office
|
|
|
- Providing data to tax department for advance tax, assessment requirements etc.
