The ideal candidate is a qualified CA with experience in Financial Reporting and Accounting, preferably from a Fintech organization or a Big 4 firm, with strong SAP and advanced Excel skills.</span></font></div><br /></div><div><span style="font-weight:bolder;"><span style="font-family:Arial;">What you'll own:</span></span></div><ul><li><font face="Arial"><span style="font-family:Arial;">Oversee end-to-end preparation of accurate and timely financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards (Ind AS / IFRS / GAAP as applicable).</span></font></li><li><font face="Arial"><span style="font-family:Arial;">Ensure timely and accurate compliance with TDS and GST regulations, including return filings, reconciliations, and liaison with tax authorities/consultants.</span></font></li><li><font face="Arial"><span style="font-family:Arial;">Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy of books of accounts.</span></font></li><li><font face="Arial"><span style="font-family:Arial;">Drive the use of SAP for financial reporting, reconciliations, and process automation/optimization.</span></font></li><li><font face="Arial"><span style="font-family:Arial;">Lead statutory, internal, and tax audits; coordinate with external auditors and ensure closure of audit observations.</span></font></li><li><font face="Arial"><span style="font-family:Arial;">Establish and strengthen internal controls, accounting policies, and SOPs across the finance function.</span></font></li><li><font face="Arial"><span style="font-family:Arial;">Review and finalize balance sheets, P&L statements, and cash flow statements.</span></font></li><li><font face="Arial"><span style="font-family:Arial;">Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements (Companies Act, Income Tax Act, GST law, etc.).</span></font></li><li><font face="Arial"><span style="font-family:Arial;">Prepare MIS reports, budgets, variance analysis, and present financial insights to senior leadership.</span></font></li><li><font face="Arial"><span style="font-family:Arial;">Liaise with banks, auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities as required.</span></font></li><li><font face="Arial"><span style="font-family:Arial;">Support are:</span></span></div><ul><li><font face="Arial"><span style="font-family:Arial;">Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).</span></font></li><li><font face="Arial"><span style="font-family:Arial;">6+ years of experience in Financial Reporting, Accounting, or Controllership.</span></font></li><li><font face="Arial"><span style="font-family:Arial;">Prior experience in a Fintech organization or Big 4 firm (Accounting/Audit practice).</span></font></li><li><font face="Arial"><span style="font-family:Arial;">Strong understanding of Ind AS, financial statement preparation, and accounting controls.</span></font></li><li><font face="Arial"><span style="font-family:Arial;">Hands-on experience with SAP (mandatory).</span></font></li><li><font face="Arial"><span style="font-family:Arial;">Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables, data analysis, and reporting.</span></font></li><li><font face="Arial"><span
