Manager - Financial & Regulatory Reporting - NBFC - CA

Role Overview:

A leading digital financial services / NBFC platform is seeking a Chartered Accountant to manage financial reporting, accounting, regulatory compliance and financial controls, with ownership of financial closure, Ind AS, RBI reporting, ECL provisioning and audit coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage monthly, quarterly and annual financial closure, including financial statements and disclosures.

- Oversee NBFC accounting, Ind AS adjustments, ECL provisioning and LMS-GL reconciliations.

- Ensure timely preparation and filing of RBI regulatory returns and submissions.

- Coordinate statutory, internal and RBI audits, including documentation and query resolution.

- Strengthen financial controls, balance sheet substantiation, RPT compliance and ICFR.

- Drive process standardisation and automation across finance operations.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3 - 4 years of post-qualification experience.

- Strong knowledge of Ind AS, SEBI LODR and financial reporting.

- Hands-on experience in RBI regulatory reporting and NBFC accounting.

- Experience in financial closure, ECL provisioning and LMS-GL reconciliations.

- Exposure to audit coordination, financial controls and regulatory compliance.

- Strong analytical skills and willingness to work onsite in Mumbai.
