Manager Forex Sales
You acquire, manage, and expand institutional accounts such as SMEs, IT and IT-enabled services firms, educational consultants, and travel companies. You build stakeholder relationships, identify sales opportunities, deliver tailored forex solutions, prepare proposals and pricing, coordinate service delivery, manage CRM records, and drive upselling and cross-selling.
Responsibilities
- Identify and target new corporate clients and institutional accounts
- Deliver presentations and negotiate deals to achieve sales targets
- Build relationships with key stakeholders
- Manage client onboarding and ongoing communication
- Prepare proposals and pricing
- Coordinate with internal teams for service delivery
- Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Track market trends and competitor actions
- Participate in industry events
- Maintain accurate CRM records and track KPIs
- Provide management with performance insights
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in any discipline
- 2–6 years of experience in forex sales, corporate sales, travel sales, or business development
- Experience with an AD II, travel, or education firm is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Negotiation and contract management
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office
