The Front Office Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Pattaya, responsible for overseeing all Front Office operations at The Standard, Pattaya Na Jomtien. This role ensures the delivery of exceptional guest experiences through effective management of front desk operations, guest services, concierge, transportation, and guest relations. The Front Office Manager leads and develops the Front Office team while maintaining operational efficiency, service excellence, and adherence to brand standards.
Day-to-day responsibilities include managing arrivals and departures, overseeing room allocation and inventory coordination, resolving guest concerns, monitoring service quality, and ensuring smooth communication between departments. The Front Office Manager works closely with Housekeeping, Reservations, Revenue Management, and other operational teams to maximize guest satisfaction and operational performance. This role also supports staff training and development, budget management, and the implementation of policies and procedures. During the pre-opening phase, the Front Office Manager will play a key role in establishing operational standards, recruiting and training team members, and ensuring readiness for the resort's successful launch.
