Overview
In this role you help shape EY's Emerging Tech advisory for financial services, leading the go-to-market and delivery of AI and automation services. You work with senior stakeholders to implement innovative tech, guide internal asset development, and drive value through large-scale transformation programs. You’ll combine technical leadership with client engagement to accelerate adoption of Emerging Tech at scale. This is a high-impact role within EY’s digital and emerging tech division, offering growth through mentorship and cross-functional collaboration.

- Lead implementation of Emerging Tech engagements, overseeing adoption of AI technologies
- Guide internal projects on architecture and engineering best practices and demonstrate through hands-on implementation
- Extensive experience in software engineering or technology consulting
- Experience in financial services domain
- Proven track record leading large-scale transformation programs with data and AI-powered automation
- Experience engaging CIO/CSO/CDO and guiding senior stakeholders
- Experience leading sales cycles and transitioning to delivery leadership
- Delivery experience in automation space with various toolsets
- Knowledge of component- and event-based architectures and messaging (e.g., Kafka)
- Ability to architect, QA, monitor and manage delivery in fast-paced client environments
- Experience with on-prem and cloud deployments and value realization in client engagements
- People management experience
- Ability to explain Emerging Tech to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong collaboration with senior stakeholders to find solutions
- Proactive business development and bid leadership
- RPA: Blue Prism, UI Path, Automation Anywhere
- AutoML platforms: DataRobot, WorkFusion, Automation Hero
- NLP: Re-Inf, IBM Watson, AWS/GCP/Azure services
