Manager - GBS, GCC and Outsourcing - Gurgaon
§Delivering GBS, GCC & Outsourcing advisory client engagements as an extension of the onshore team. Work directly with the onshore engagement lead and client stakeholders on client deliverables
§Typical engagements are about advising KPMG clients on one or more areas of the sourcing life cycle including but not limited to
−GBS/GCC/Outsourcing strategy
−Business case support and evaluation activities
−GBS set up activities such as activity analysis, cost baselining, Location assessment, Business case creation, Target Model design, etc.
−RFP preparation and sourcing process management
−Service Provider capability assessments & selection
−Contracting and negotiation support
−Maturity Assessments
−Transition Planning including KT approach, scheduling, governance and resourcing as well as support for transition execution
−Process Improvement and transformation
§Collect and analyse client data to develop key performance metrics (KPIs) and use the same to build an industry view on trends, pricing models, performance, practices and approaches
§Work with onshore teams to help create propositions for the markets and thus help differentiate the firm in the market e.g., harvest IP/insights from the existing knowledge
§Lead project workstreams, ensuring quality, on-time delivery, and achievement of key outcome
§Actively participate in practice development activities through:
-Contribute to RFPs, solutioning, and proposal development
-Support thought leadership and capability building
-Providing the business services team with a greater insight and understanding of KGS propositions and capabilities
-Support for market insight research, surveys and reports
-Conducting benchmarking studies to determine performance trends in ITO/BPO services and help the team to create a repository of benchmarking data across service lines

§10+ years of work experience in:
•Consulting roles in GBS/GCC/outsourcing advisory
•Hands-on experience in one or more functional domains (Finance/Procurement//IT).
•Strong understanding of global delivery models, commercial constructs, and vendor landscapes.
Experience working with global teams across multiple time zones
