Manage site operations and team coordination for construction projects, ensuring efficient worker transport, procurement within budget, and effective collaboration with main contractors.

Responsibilities

• Drive workers safely between site, factory, and dormitory locations to ensure timely transportation
• Lead and manage a diverse team, including foreign workers, to maintain productivity and compliance
• Conduct daily site visits to assess and understand construction requirements and progress
• Oversee purchasing activities by sourcing from suppliers and managing deliveries to work sites within budget constraints
• Monitor site production activities and manage costs to optimize project efficiency
• Coordinate site management tasks and collaborate closely with main contractors to align project objectives
