Why you should join:
The Manager, Global Demand Planning is the global process owner and capability leader for demand planning across the Business Unit. This role governs the end-to-end demand planning framework, owns the statistical forecasting capability, drives IBP maturity and develops the quarterly demand summaries for executive leadership in alignment with BU financial planning.
The role ensures a single, aligned demand signal across SVs, Finance, Sales and Supply, leveraging advanced planning tools such as SAP IBP and embedding standardized processes, data governance, and performance management.
Your main tasks:
- Own the global demand planning process, standards, governance, and calendar across all SVs.
- Lead the demand workstream within the SIOP cycle, ensuring alignment between demand, supply, and financial plans.
- Drive executive visibility, decision-making, and gap-to-plan actions, including SLT escalations when required.
- Own the SAP IBP demand planning strategy, roadmap, forecasting models, automation, and reporting capabilities.
- Partner with IT/Digital to prioritize and deliver demand planning enhancements.
- Build demand planning capability through performance management, training, and best-practice standards.

Your ideal background:
Education & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 8–12+ years in demand planning / IBP
• Proven ownership of global planning processes
• Experience operating in matrix / hybrid BU–regional models
Skills & Competencies:
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; proficiency with Excel, statistical modeling, and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage complexity, prioritize tasks, and drive alignment in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of supply chain principles, forecasting techniques, and inventory optimization.
NICE TO HAVES:
• APICS CPIM, CSCP, or Demand Planning certification.
• Lean Six Sigma exposure is a plus.
• Advanced forecasting (statistical + causal)
• Deep experience with SAP IBP
• Strong data/analytics capability (Power BI, Excel, SQL; Python a plus)
