Eligibility
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree preferably a Master’s, from an HEC-recognized institute/university (Professional certification will be an added advantage)
- Qualification in Islamic Finance will be an added advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience.
Skills
- Governance, conduct risk, and banking control framework knowledge.
- Control gap identification and remediation.
- Report writing, MIS, presentations, and stakeholder coordination.
- Strong communication skills; proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI (preferred).
Key Responsibilities
- Implementing and monitoring the Bank's Conduct & Governance framework across all units.
- Monitoring customer conduct, service quality, governance indicators, and driving corrective actions.
- Developing governance reports, dashboards, and management presentations for senior leadership.
- Coordinating with stakeholders, supporting policy development, and driving governance awareness and continuous improvement initiatives.
