Qualifications & Requirements

Leadership & Program Management

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in audit management, program delivery, governance, or closely related discipline, with demonstrated leadership.
  • Proven ability to lead, influence, and hold accountable cross-functional teams and stakeholders without formal reporting authority.
  • Strong process orientation with meticulous attention to detail and the discipline to maintain governance standards under competing priorities.
  • PMP®, PgMP®, or equivalent program/project management certification required.

Audit & Compliance Expertise

  • Membership in the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) or ISACA preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex, multi-vendor MSP audits, accreditation programs, or compliance initiatives in a technology or managed services context.
  • Deep familiarity with GRC frameworks, audit control libraries, evidence management, control language interpretation and remediation tracking.
  • Experience with ISO, SOC, or equivalent third-party compliance audit programs is highly valued.

Reporting, Data Analytics & Strategic Insights

  • Demonstrated experience leading a reporting or analytics function — designing and owning dashboards, KPI systems, and data pipelines that translate operational and program data into executive-level strategic insight and decisions.
  • Proficiency with enterprise reporting and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent); comfort working with data from multiple source systems.
  • Ability to extract insight from complex data, model risk, identify trends, and build data narratives that directly drive senior-leadership decisions on revenue, risk, and investment.
  • Demonstrated track record establishing data governance standards — sources of truth, validation and quality controls, and stewardship protocols — for an executive-facing reporting function.
  • Experience with ServiceNow PPM, Jira, or equivalent program management platforms.

Technical & Communication Skills

  • Skilled in public speaking and delivering presentations via video, executive briefings, and written reports.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to align multiple stakeholders toward a common goal.
  • Adept at leveraging Agile methodologies for program and task execution.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled automation and workflow tooling in an audit or compliance context is a strong asset.

Professional Attributes

  • A strategic thinker who views audit management as a business capability, not simply a compliance obligation.
  • Creative and analytical problem solver with a proactive mindset.
  • Resilient change agent who embraces complexity and continuous learning.
  • Passionate about process improvement, data-driven strategy, and technology-driven solutions.
