Purpose and Scope Reporting to the SM, Corporate FPA, this role will be responsible for supporting Corporate FPA Function for forecasting, budgeting and management reporting of corporate entities and corporate functions. This role will also act as the Finance Business Partner for corporate functions, ensuring robust tracking, forecasting, reporting and communication of department spend and recoveries. Key Roles and Responsibilities<ol><li style="margin:0cm;line-height:115%;">Support Corporate Stakeholders in delivering P&L</li><li style="margin:0cm;line-height:115%;">Responsible for all financial functions, including:<ul><li style="margin:0cm;line-height:115%;">review of monthly closing, rolling forecast and performs periodic analysis</li><li style="margin:0cm;line-height:115%;">lead budgetary control</li><li style="margin:0cm;line-height:115%;">capital expenditure and cash management,</li><li style="margin:0cm;line-height:115%;">transfer pricing management,</li><li style="margin:0cm;line-height:115%;">audit support and statutory financial statement review</li><li style="margin:0cm;line-height:115%;"> corporate income tax computation review</li><li style="margin:0cm;line-height:115%;">and other adhoc management reporting</li></ul></li><li style="margin:0cm;line-height:115%;">Identify key drivers for business and develop mechanism for effective tracking, reporting as well as analytical evaluation to continuously improve business efficiency.</li><li style="margin:0cm;line-height:115%;">Review & implement financial & risk management policies & procedures to ensure effective internal control, proper accounting practices and financial reporting, and to comply with Group policies and procedures.</li><li style="margin:0cm;line-height:115%;">Custodian of Financial Authority Limits for Corporate Functions and ensure timely update and compliance</li><li style="margin:0cm;line-height:115%;">Support capital and treasury management for Corporate investment holding entities, plans and coordinates investment and divestment fund flows to minimize tax and forex exposures.</li><li style="margin:0cm;line-height:115%;">Support and drive digitalisation initiatives, process improvement projects, and other adhoc projects to enhance business efficiency and reporting capabilities.</li><li style="margin:0cm;line-height:115%;">To understand and align interests for various stakeholders across functions and geographies</li><li style="margin:0cm;line-height:115%;">Provide insights and solutions and the financial implications on course of actions</li></ol> Qualifications & Experience<ul><li style="margin:0cm;line-height:115%;">Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline</li><li style="margin:0cm;line-height:115%;">Professional qualifications such as CA, CPA or ACCA preferred</li><li style="margin:0cm;line-height:115%;">Preferably 8 to 10 years of working experience in accounting/finance related field with at least 3 years of Finance Business Partnering related work experience</li><li style="margin:0cm;line-height:115%;">Good knowledge of IFRS</li><li style="margin:0cm;line-height:115%;">Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrated ability to interface with various management levels across functions</li><li style="margin:0cm;line-height:115%;">Possess Critical thinking, excellent problem diagnosis and analytical skills</li><li style="margin:0cm;line-height:115%;">Proficiency in Microsoft office including Excel and PowerPoint</li><li style="margin:0cm;line-height:115%;">Good knowledge in accounting related systems preferably SAP and Tagetik</li><li style="margin:0cm;line-height:115%;">Ability to multi-task and work under pressure, both independently and in a team.</li><li style="margin:0cm;line-height:115%;">Able to self
