Manager, Group Finance
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare the Group's monthly financial consolidation and performance analysis.
- Coordinate with subsidiaries and joint ventures on group reporting and consolidation.
- Prepare group reporting to the parent company.
- Prepare and review Board papers, SGXNet announcements, audited financial statements, annual report and sustainability report.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax, statutory and SGX requirements.
- Review and improve financial policies, internal controls and reporting processes.
- Manage internal and external audits and liaise with auditors and service providers.
- Support the preparation of the Annual General Meeting (AGM).
- Prepare the Group's annual budgeting and forecasting process.
- Oversee monthly financial closing for investment holding and inactive subsidiaries.
- Keep abreast of changes in accounting standards (IFRS/SFRS) and regulatory requirements.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned by Management.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in financial reporting, group consolidation and/or commercial finance.
- Experience in audit, budgeting and forecasting, board papers preparation and SGX regulatory reporting will be an advantage.
