Manager, GS - Innovation Centre (SBF Office) MY
Job Description:
- Scope projects, understand business requirements, write user stories and ability to prototype or build via low code / vibe coding to accelerate full implementation.
- Build, configure and launch low-code, pro-code, automation and AI-based solutions (e.g. Power Platform, Copilot Studio, workflow automation, Agentic AI).
- Support internal capability setup initiatives by working closely alongside Innovation Centre leadership – setup, run, and ensure momentum for internal guilds or R&D efforts to promote new capability and toolsets.
You will assist and get exposed to one or more of the following job roles within the functions of Solution & Design, Advisory & Insight, Business Process Reengineering or Program Management Office in Innovation Centre.
- Analyse business challenges, customer/employee insights, market research, process performance and operational data to identify improvement opportunities and support solution design.
- Facilitate workshops, process reviews, stakeholder engagement and change activities to support successful implementation and adoption of initiatives.
- Assess and propose solution design that aligns with Research & Insights, UX, Architecture, and Tech teams that balance customer experience, business outcomes, and technical feasibility.
- Track project progress, adoption, benefits and key performance indicators, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Contribute to innovation, transformation and strategic initiatives by supporting business case sizing, pilots, experiments and cross-functional delivery activities.
- Conduct research and benchmarking on industry’s best practices, customer trends, and competitor strategies.
- Prepare visual dashboards and reports to communicate blueprint progress and alignment to stakeholders.
- Coordinate & facilitate workshops and design sessions with:
- Business stakeholders for input and alignment
- Experience Design and Solution Architecture teams to ensure they understand expectations and strategic direction for prototypes and technical designs.

Experience:
- 1 to 5 years, preferably in tech space, transformation office, or familiar with Microsoft or AWS AI platforms
- Preferably engineering, AI or data science graduate. Other disciplines are encouraged to apply if you’re keen on new tech and have an apt on self-learning. (think Agentic AI, vibe coding).
- Design Thinking, Agile, Scrum, Product Management are all added value to the job role.
- Understanding of AI licensing, subscription models, consumption-based billing, and token economics (to be used for cost forecasting).
- Understanding of Microsoft product architecture, Azure AI services, AI observability and monitoring tools, deployment processes, security controls (CMK) and access management are added advantages.
