Manager Guest Experience, East Side Mario's Windsor

What you will do in this role:

Foster a positive work environment that supports and promotes exceptional Guest-focused service

Evaluate the effectiveness and report on the metrics of all programs to the General Manager

Manage teammate relations including recruitment, scheduling, training & developing, coaching and recognition

Manage front of house, according to East Side Mario’s steps of service

Promote a work environment for employees that is healthy, safe and based on respect and trust

What we are looking for:

Previous management experience working in a high-volume casual dining restaurant

Post-secondary education is a bonus!

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Exceptional business acumen and team building skills

Experience with orders, schedules and costing
