Manager, Healthcare

Work with Group Healthcare and the Healthcare team to manage clinical and technology initiatives including but not limited to the following:

• Support the Group’s healthcare clinical (particularly Rehabilitation-focused) and non-clinical projects by working with internal and external stakeholders, IT team and external partners and vendors to understand the project requirements and facilitate implementation

• Plan and oversee internal and collaboration research projects from design, implementation to completion

• Support clinicians to develop rehabilitation-focused SOPs and digitalisation workplan, and work with healthcare team to develop presentation materials to support tender projects

• Work closely with various teams to draft SOPS to support projects’ execution and rollout, to ensure adherence to timelines and standards

• Monitor project progress and highlight project status and potential challenges

• Support new healthcare strategic partnership where appropriate

• Any other duties as assigned.
  

Requirements

• Degree in Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy

• At least 5 years of relevant experience as an allied health staff in public healthcare, participated in population health supporting research, partnerships, and innovation

• Experienced in project management, leading stakeholder engagements and/or drafting of research proposals or presentations

• Excellent organisational skills and ability to set priorities and meet challenging deadlines.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders as well as an effective team player.

• Strong interest in technology and digitalisation, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in English and comfortable with Chinese to communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking stakeholders where required
