📍 Interview Location: Depot Road
📍 Work Location: Depot Road (Relocating to Galaxis @ one-north by end 2026)
📄 Employment: 1-Year Contract (Potential for Permanent Conversion based on performance and organisational needs)

What You'll Be Doing:
• Partner with department Leads to develop manpower plans and recruitment strategies for the Administration & Ancillary team
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviews to offers and onboarding
• Support workforce deployment and nesting plans in preparation for hospital operations
• Partner with Learning & Development to drive leadership development and capability-building initiatives
• Manage the full spectrum of HR operations and HR Business Partnering functions for assigned departments
• Advise stakeholders on HR policies, employment legislation, manpower planning, and HR best practices
• Coach and mentor junior HR team members to ensure quality HR service delivery
• Review and recommend improvements to HR policies in line with healthcare industry developments and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with HR Centres of Excellence and key stakeholders to implement organisation-wide HR projects and initiatives
• Support other HR projects and strategic initiatives as assigned

We're Looking For:
• MIN Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• Minimum 8 years of HR Business Partnering experience, with a strong track record in talent acquisition
