Manager, HR Business Partnering | Up to $7,500
Responsibilities:
Business Partnering & Advisory
- Partner with business units to provide HR advisory support on people-related matters.
- Support workforce planning and hiring needs.
- Act as the first point of contact for employees and managers on HR policies and practices.
Talent Management and Development:
- Support talent review processes, including preparation, coordination, and follow-up actions.
- Work with managers to identify development needs and support implementation of development plans.
- Contribute to building a sustainable talent pipeline within assigned business units.
Performance and Compensation:
- Facilitate performance management processes, including goal setting and year-end reviews.
- Partner with the Rewards team to support compensation exercises and ensure smooth execution.
- Provide guidance to managers on performance-related matters and employee issues.
Employee Engagement & HR Operations:
- Support employee engagement initiatives and activities to enhance organisational culture and morale.
- Address employee relations matters with guidance from senior HRBPs where required.
- Work closely with HR Shared Services to ensure timely and accurate HR operations.
HR Projects & Initiatives:
- Participate in HR projects such as system implementations, policy reviews, or process improvements
- Support data gathering and analysis to provide insights for HR decision-making.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resource, or related discipline.
- 5-8 years of HR generalist or HRBP experience, preferably in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Exposure to industries such as real estate, asset management, or related sectors is an advantage.
