Salary: Up to $10,000/month, depending on experience
Location: Changi North
Working hour: Monday to Friday, office hours

Responsibilities

Partner business and HR stakeholders on organisational and workforce priorities
Support organisational effectiveness and change-management programmes
Drive strategic HR projects that support business growth and plant expansion
Develop and implement people solutions aligned with business objectives
Strengthen organisational capability, workforce effectiveness and employee experience
Ensure HR policies and practices comply with company standards and employment legislation
Build strong relationships with stakeholders across different functions and levels
Promote HR excellence, collaboration and capability development

Requirements

Min. Degree in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline
Strong HR business partnering and stakeholder-management experience
Prior experience supporting a manufacturing or plant environment is mandatory
Experience in organisational effectiveness, change management or strategic HR projects
Comfortable operating independently as an individual contributor
Able to start work immediately or within short notice
