They 'partner' with senior leadership through specialized knowledge that </span><span style="color:rgb(0,0,0);font-family:Calibri;font-size:12pt;">helps create policies and programmes in line with an organization’s goals and objectives.</span></div><div><span style="font-size:11pt;font-family:'TimesNewRomanPS-BoldMT';color:rgb(0,0,0);font-weight:bold;"><br /></span></div><div><span style="font-size:12pt;font-family:Calibri;color:rgb(0,0,0);font-weight:bold;">Key Responsibilities </span></div><ul><li><span style="color:rgb(0,0,0);font-family:Calibri;font-size:12pt;">Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy</span></li><li><span style="color:rgb(0,0,0);font-family:Calibri;font-size:12pt;">Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance</span></li><li><span style="color:rgb(0,0,0);font-family:Calibri;font-size:12pt;">Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and </span>increase productivity and retention</li><li><span style="color:rgb(0,0,0);font-family:Calibri;font-size:12pt;">Identification of manpower requirements for new / existing departments</span></li><li><span style="color:rgb(0,0,0);font-family:Calibri;font-size:12pt;">Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance</span></li><li><span style="color:rgb(0,0,0);font-family:Calibri;font-size:12pt;">Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs</span></li><li><span style="color:rgb(0,0,0);font-family:Calibri;font-size:12pt;">Oversee processing of payroll changes (e.g. new hires, terminations, raises)</span></li><li><span style="color:rgb(0,0,0);font-family:Calibri;font-size:12pt;">Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances</span></li><li><span style="color:rgb(0,0,0);font-family:Calibri;font-size:12pt;">Provide HR policy guidance</span></li><li><span style="color:rgb(0,0,0);font-family:Calibri;font-size:12pt;">Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning</span></li><li><span style="color:rgb(0,0,0);font-family:Calibri;font-size:12pt;">Nurture a positive working environment</span></li></ul><div><span style="font-size:12pt;font-family:Calibri;color:rgb(0,0,0);font-weight:bold;">Core Skills & Experience </span></div><ul><li><span style="color:rgb(0,0,0);font-family:Calibri;font-size:12pt;">Entrepreneurial spirit - Hustle and get work done</span></li><li><span style="color:rgb(0,0,0);font-family:Calibri;font-size:12pt;">Eagerness to work in a start-up environment.
