Responsibilities
- Manage daily food and beverage operations to ensure smooth service delivery and maintain quality standards
- Forecast, plan, source, and order food and beverage supplies to meet operational needs efficiently
- Build and maintain positive relationships with vendors to secure quality products and favorable terms
- Control costs by adhering strictly to food and beverage budgets and meeting financial targets
- Hire, train, and lead food and beverage staff to achieve high performance and service standards
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally to sustain positive customer relationships
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and standards to guarantee safe service
- Assist with marketing events to promote food and beverage offerings and increase customer engagement
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Culinary or Food Service Management Degree may be advantageous
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in the Hospitality Industry
- In-depth knowledge of the food industry
- Strong working knowledge of restaurant management software and related computer applications
- Exceptional organizational, leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to forecast food and beverage needs accurately
- Excellent customer service skills
