Position Summary:

The purpose of the Engineering Manager position is to plan, organize, direct, manage and control the activities related to the functions of the associates in their department / division. This position is responsible for adherence to departmental and company policies and procedures including SASG project management guidelines. This position will provide oversight for the Engineering department short and long term goals while ensuring achievement of performance targets set by senior management. This would be a fully onsite role at our Greenfield, IN manufacturing facility.

Position Duties and Responsibilities / % Time Spent:

• Organize and assign staff for successful target achievement and provide technical and administrative support: 50%

• Drive Executive level Corporate Evaluations (SED, Project Management): 20%

• Development Staff and provide quarterly feedback for improvement: 10%

• Support Policies and Procedures Direction/Unification: 10%

• Monitor and support Astemo Technical Strategy: 5%

• Perform other duties as assigned: 5%
