Manager (IC), Strategic Implementation, ESG Team
Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Manager (IC) to support the strategic implementation function within our Existing Seller Growth Team. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Strategic Implementation, this role is execution-focused — supporting the delivery of key projects, coordinating cross-functional workflows, and helping to build scalable operational processes. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where clear execution and strong follow-through are critical to success.
Key Responsibilities
· Project Execution Support: Support the end-to-end execution of key strategic projects under the guidance of the Sr. Manager. Own specific workstreams and tasks, ensuring timely delivery with high quality and clear documentation.
· Operational Process Coordination: Assist in implementing and maintaining operational processes that improve team efficiency and workflow consistency. Identify friction points in day-to-day operations and escalate improvement opportunities to the Sr. Manager.
· Cross-functional Coordination: Coordinate with internal stakeholders across teams to support project execution and ensure alignment on deliverables and timelines.
· Data Tracking & Reporting: Track project and operational performance metrics on a regular cadence. Compile data, generate reports, and surface actionable insights to support decision-making by the Sr. Manager and leadership.
· Process Documentation: Maintain clear, up-to-date documentation of project plans, process flows, and standard operating procedures. Ensure all stakeholders have access to accurate and current information.
· Change Management Support: Support the rollout of process changes and new initiatives by coordinating communication, tracking adoption, and flagging implementation risks to the Sr. Manager.
· Risk & Issue Tracking: Monitor project progress and flag potential risks, blockers, or delays proactively. Work with the Sr. Manager to develop and implement corrective actions.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
· At least 3–5 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or process management, ideally within a retail, e-commerce, or FMCG environment
· Solid project coordination skills — ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously with strong attention to detail and follow-through
· Good analytical skills — comfortable working with data to track performance, identify trends, and prepare clear reports
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills — able to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at various levels
· Proficiency in project management and productivity tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, project tracking tools)
· Highly organized with a structured approach to prioritization and task management
· Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with a proactive, can-do attitude
· Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English
